This is fun and cool service from Voki. I already signed up with them just now.
Voki enables users to express themselves on the web in their own voice using a talking character. You can customize your Voki to look like you or take on the identity of lots of other types of characters: animals, monsters, anime etc. Your Voki can speak with your own voice which is added via microphone, upload, or phone.

You can choose your own settings. But make sure you choose a character that really suit with your own style. Hey, go sign up and give a try. It’s really…really fun. Anyway, this is a good thing to do in the weekend morning.

Remember, this is not for a commercial use. So use it for your own fun.
