ooVoo is a free program that uses technology to bring affordable and high-quality voice communications to people all over the world. It’s a great way to connect with your friends, family, and colleagues using full video and sound. Mots importantly, you can organize your family get-together, share breaking news, or heckle your friends during your favorite sporting event.

ooVoo is like a new revolution of communication like what you see in Star Trek film where you can chat with more than 3 friends in one time. You can have a chat with 6 peoples and this really good because many things can be discuss together. Eventhough individuals can get this great features, but I think many business people also interested to use it.

First there was email. Then there was IM. Then the Internet phone. Although each of these technologies promised faster, better communication, the team at ooVoo has never been satisfied.

Remember, it’s FREE and this is what makes many of internet users want to grab it. All you need is a Pentium 4 1Ghz with 256MB of RAM, 20MB Hard disk space, Webcam and Headset, Broadband connection (Cable, DSL etc..) andn of course Microsoft Windows 2000, XP or Vista. For Mac users, the time has not come yet for you. Just wait for your time because ooVoo will release their new software for Mac soon.

ooVoo also will give you a personal profile for you to put in your blog. But before you get one for your own, you have to sign in by download the software that’s given by them. So this is the list of features that you can get from ooVoo:

1. Video conversation.
2. Video messages.
3. Chat.
4. Add/share contants.
5. ooVoo me link.
6. Privacy.
7. Send files.
8. Favorite bars.

Happy chat!

I love the Star Trek analogy!

I write for ooVooworld, the unofficial WOM world for ooVoo, and I’m looking for user experiences and opinions so it would be great to hear if any of your readers tried out ooVoo and what they thought… :)
