Many of us know how to talk and how to give an opinion but do we ever try to realize it?
This is what happened to one of my friend’s company. He got many input to boost their sales for this 1st quarter report from his business partner but nobody know how to finalize it. The only thing that he got is just the ideas.

The problem is, nobody can do as what they said including a market research. As for myself, I only can give him an advice to appoint one new marketing officer. That’s the best idea that I can give to him.
