Each time I look at the metal buildings, it always remind me of this Bowflex. I don’t know what to say but clearly, it is one of my wish list for this 2010. It’s a metal thing

Bowflex is one of the great revolution in a home gym category. I can truly say is this is an amazing machine. It does let you fit a lot of exercises into a small space. So if your house is small, then this is the right thing for you to buy. In fact, it’s great for working out at home safely without a spotter.

Personally, I like it because it even easier to do the right excercises in the wrong way. Well you know what I mean…huh!
